Born & raised in Sydney, educated at Shore School, The University of Sydney & Charles Sturt University. I am a keen sports fan, particularly of Rugby Union. Currently, I am living in Paris, France to learn the language, expand my career and reach a broader audience.

Through my career in healthcare, from various administration roles to primary care as a physio, I find myself questioning the current health environment. I undoubtedly believe health is a privilege all should be afforded. I started this page as a means to develop and challenge my worldview on health and my life.
